It's 2010 . Time really flies . It seems as though last week we were still doing our coursework . Hahas . Anyways , had a blast yesterday with friends at Marina . After admiring the magnificent fireworks we went to Tampines Safra for billiard . We went home after playing .

Hmmmm , now now how should I do this . This post is for ARON TAN JIE LONG who requested me to post about him for god knows what for .
Anyway , he requested me to list out his flaws and his positive values .
There are a number of words to describe his flaws , naive , easily manipulated , would I call him a simp ? Yes I would at times . Sometimes , he's quite annoying , well tell me who isn't ? Sometimes , when we give him advice is akin to playing a lute to a cow seriously .
Anyway , he is a person with a strong sense of loyalty and intergrity . A boy who never hesistated to lend a helping hand to his friends . He possesses a very high valued quality , he put other people first before him . Which is remarkably commendable , something which not all of us can actually achieve . Always thinking for his family and his loved ones first before thinking about him , which is something benevolent and great . Somehow , always cracks us up with his knock knock jokes though , a person with a fine sense of humor . Hmmm , probably a person whom I never regretted knowing in my entire life :) .

P.S , FYI . I was writing this under medication . This is a repetition of what I did before . =.=

Well , I have to stay at home for 7 days to monitor my health condition as I'm down with the symptoms of Influenza A , I might have it ? Well who knows ? Hope I recover soon . Anyways , my results for Prelim wasn't satisfying .
English a bare pass as it was due to the marking of our beloved Miss HAIFIZAH ! :D
Maths was a C5 , as expected .
Humanities was an A2 .
Science A1 .
Food & Nutrition B4 . Like I said wasn't really satisfying results . Prelims 2 are just around the corner , going to get back what is rightfully mine is my placing and status in my class ! :D .

Well , went to the Da Vinci exhibition yesterday . Well , its was very inspiring . Leonardo Da Vinci was a famous person who was well know for his two paintings , the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper .

The Mona Lisa is a 16th century portrait painted by Da Vinci during the Italian Renaissance .

The painting was a half lenght portrait of and depicts a woman whose expression are often described as enigmatic by scholars . The portrait has been over for 500 years and now it resides Lovure in Paris .

The Last Supper is a 15th century mural painting in Milan painted by Da Vinci . It represents the last supper from the final days of jesus as narrated in the Gospel of John 13:21 , when Jesus announced that one of the 12 Apostles would betray him .

It was a meaningful experience to look into the mind of Leonardo Da Vinci , he dissects humans secretly too study anatomy of the human bodies and he make precise drawings of muscles , tendons and sexual organs . However , he was a famous person among us . In our eyes , the Mona Lisa is a perfect painting but in the eyes of Leonardo Da Vinci , she is unfinished .

Evil is a character in nature that is marked by bad moral qualities bringing about harm and misfortune. In a rational world, with a superior goal demanding righteousness and peace, evil disrupts society and results in sorrow, distress, or calamity. Evil is an almighty force of nature that has forever corrupted societies relentlessly, never to be halted.
As far back as history will tell, evil has shown it's wicked face. Evil has transgressed through centuries, hindering those who it has come to and sometimes the environment surrounding. This dire forceful has seeded traits in mankind that have grown due to society. Forces of it's strong antithesis, good, have fought to overcome and be rid of evil succeeding at times maybe in battle but never in the war. It seems that due to the caliber of its force and prevalence in society, man may never see an end to evil. Supporting this theory is the fact that there is a never-ending battle to resolve this sinister force.
Evil has shown so overpowering that it is part of every creature and being in the
known world. It comes in many different forms, styles, and shapes. Everyday life consists
of many types of evil showing forth, disguising itself at times or at other putting itself in a
clear eye's view. This all depends on the creature it is within. Those who consider or
have been considered by society as "good" are the ones that have resisted and fought off
this compelling force. On the contrary, as nature has revealed, evil in some creatures is
too much a part of them for it to be held down.
Resulting factors illustrate the argument to the belief that evil results when man interrupts natural processes.

Evil is associated with the cardinal sins which are Lust , Gluttony , Sloth , Wrath , Envy , Covetousness & Pride . These are the cardinal sins which most humans have . Humans who possesses this sins are people capable of malicious , vile & vicious deeds . For example , greed . Desire can turn into greed. People with greed in them will do anything to get what they want. Greed can put evil into a person .

Sometimes I wonder is it destiny or fate ? Every single year my relatives will be in & out of the hospital majority of them having cardiac arrest . Well today was doing my coursework when my mum told me that my grandfather was admitted to hospital due to the fact that he had a minor cardiac arrest . I also found out something that I wished I had not found out at all . My mum suffers from heart disease , well she also can have a cardiac arrest anytime and just drop dead without anyone knowledge . Yes it that darn scaring . My heart really aches man people . I implore to you all to cherish your family members while they are still around if not you would not have the chance . Nothing is more important and nothing is more closer to you than your family .

Nigel Ong : He's a skittish & scamppish person . He melodramatic , always acting out of proportion . He very loud and has a high pitch voice . He maybe suffering from melancholy but he's a person who is loyal & has integrity . Never fails to aid his friends . A good friend/Brother indeed . A person with a contagious infectious humour cracking jokes . Ong ahs ong , study hard and achieve your dreams of going to poly .

Sandy : A woman with attitude problem , very energetic & has temperamental issues . She been through many trails & tribulations with her love one . She always comes to me for advice when she is lost . She devotes her time to the class and assist us in every way she can . She will be there if you need a listening ear .

Bianda : The arch nemesis of Nigel Ong who nevers fails to pick a fight with him . She's boastful , rich , irritating & noisy . Although she's all that but she has a good character she will assist and help her friends whenever they're in trouble or when they need help . It's my honor to have her as my friend for 4 years .

Weishan : My crappy , ridiculous & hello kitty fanatic sister . She also have a weird sense of humour . She can make illogical stuff into something that sounds very logical . But she never fails to make knock knock jokes with her ridiculous sense of humour .

Peng Siew : A person who is so darn cunning , always thinking up of ridiculous schemes to annoy his friends . A person with a infectious humour disease . He always annoy people without fail and making them angry in the end . An irritating & annoying person indeed but a person with great sense of loyal & integrity . A person who will lend you a listening ear . A person of great moral values . He never fails to crack me up with his ridiculous jokes and crappy theory of world history and other stuffs .

Aron : A person who so darn naive and blur like a woodblock . His favouritism of pinching men's nipple has become well-known in the sec 4 cohort . A person who is most likely suffering from either depression or melancholy . Even though he is so darn irritating & annoying , he's my brother from sec 1 till now . Also a person of great sense of loyalty & integrity . Never fails to help his friends . A person who will put others before him be it mentally or physically . A great person indeed . Although he's the bane of my life , we assist each other in many many ways . He also never fails to crack me up with his knock knock jokes & sexual jokes .

Jordy : A person who wants face , acting like he knows everything but sometimes he really does a big cannon god (Hokkien) . He is also so darn petty & he can't take a little sarcasm from me or anybody else but he is great in a way . He is also another idiot who will put others before himself , not like its not a good thing but it is something which is commendable and something benevolent of this type of person . A money lender in our circle of friends . A brother of mine since sec 1 till now despite our previous acrimonious dispute and misunderstandings .

Anil , Jiaxin , Ruwei , Xiaofong , Zhi Han , Yu Xian & Jeco : Well really darn lazy to emphasis and list out everything negative about these hooligans but they're great friends actually . Especially the last 3 humorous and sarcastic in some kind of way . My mahjong kakis .

You guys are already embedded in my heart , you guys are a part of my life . I wouldn't know what to do without you guys . You guys help me & listen to me when I'm down or out although most of the time I'm the always the one who is always assisting & advising you guys when you guys have problems or anything . Something interesting happened today , my classmates and I were talking about our childhood during Mother Tongue , like how was it ? What did you do & like ? Is there anything tragical events ? We had a good talk about it . We shared many many stories .

After school , came across a story in someone journal . Well it was about me , this story makes me reminisce about the past while I was in Sec 2 . I still remembered how horrendous and offensive I was to some of my brothers . I would try to find problem with them for no reason at all & it was just for my own entertainment . I hurt all their feelings every single one of them I was even wickedly pernicious enough to attempt to physically hurt them . Some of them even felt so despondent & sad they that cried over the fact that there was a drastic change in my character , I was obnoxious , malicious , dictatorial , egotistic & loathsome . I really regretted how I treated them with hostility & vitriolic . There no take 2 in life . I wish & hope time will return back to the very day I changed my attitude towards them but it's impossible . We were all best buddies in sec 1 but everything change while we were in sec 2 . I grew further apart from them mixing with the erroneous company and thus started treating them with offensive accusations to make them submit to me . It was very tyrannical & unreasonable of me . They even said I strike like a dictatorial figure . Which I respectfully agreed . I was all of those things , I was even malicious & malevolent enough to set up one of my best friends . I really regretted all of the things I have done to them . I didn't knew how terrible I was till I read this story today , I was guilt-stricken and regretful . Yet , last year they forgave me and we are like brothers now . Here , I sincerely apologize to them for how I treated them during Sec 2 . I'm sorry bros ! ! !

Interesting topic for the day . Some people said I have changed alot as in being much more cunning , scheming & conniving . They even list out my characteristic . Me being egotistic , autocratic , dictatorial , overbearing and sarcastic . Well I didn't knew how terrible I was . All these are negative words against me . One thing is for sure which is I can't be bothered at all neither I am affected by these trivial comments .

One more thing . Family quarrels are inevitable but there is no overnight family grudges . It is all these hurdles and tribulations that make us cherish our family more than anything else despite them chastising you even though you done a great job in terms of academic or what . No matter what we should all cherish our family relations and try to make sure we put ourselves in our parents shoes , they as well also have to put themselves into our shoes . This way , there is harmony in the family . Peace begets prosperity . I grew up in a political & constant quarrelling environment I didn't have the childhood that most you all have a happy family . I grew up in a single parent family I envy those who have fathers to take care of them and bring them out to play my dad didn't played his role as a father , he neglected the family , this is where the constant quarreling and political fights over the family money begins . So I implore to my brothers , sisters and my friends to cherish their family relations .

Today is the last day of term 1 . Yeahs the 1 week march holidays but sadly is not a holiday for me as I have so much going on . School work actually . I have F&N coursework , School holiday homework and a speech & a presentation slide that I have to present when school reopens . Well to you people it looks like its going to stress me out but it won't . Also collected my progress cards today . We took a number to see the teacher , the teacher which is our form teacher has so many things to say . Spent more than 10 mins on every parent/guardian . It was like a consultation at the polyclinic . Hilarious as it sounds but its true . So result are ok except for Mathematics of course , but there no cause for alarm as I will definitely do better next term .

This is just a random post . Well sometimes being intelligent is a curse . They tend to know too much things and plot and scheme against people . People who are intelligent are paranoid and do not trust anybody around them even their closest friends or family . Being simpleminded isn't a terrible thing at all as they can live their lives without any confidential secrets or fear or stress .

Another issue is , sometimes when you best friend/s confess something too you . We either find it too weird or ask them " Are you drunk " ? They say things that they uncommonly says , it an out of the blue those type . You may find them jolly & carefree but deep inside they are hiding feelings . Those strong feelings for their friends and probably want to tell them all sorts of things which that hid away . Friends are a part of your lives , we cannot live without friends . Not even me . Yes they sometimes might be insolent and brazen . They help you in life probably either indirectly or directly . Some people manipulate their friends and some friends are just master of deceptions . So while choosing your friends , look and judge carefully . Some are kindhearted and will support you all the way to the end and will assist you if you have any trouble . Some devious friends are just plain cunning , scheming , conniving & manipulating . Like I said it's just a random post . :)

Well school was alright today , just back the results for common test . English : 86/100 . Social Studies 84/100 . Geography 84/100 . Biology 80/100 . Physics 70/100 . Food & Nutrition 55/100 damn pathetic results for food & nutrition you know . So Maths & Mother tongue results are currently unknown . Quite satisfied with my results but not F&N results which was a total failure due to some reasons which only the F&N students know .

Went out with Aron , Yu Xian , Jordy , Zhi Han & Jeco to Century Sqaure . Played Tekken 6 bloodline rebellion all the way with them . They had a interval and went "drive car " . Tekken 6 is damn fun . The game will be released on PS3 on Fall 2009 . Which is around probably August , September there . Can't wait for the game to be released man . That's all for today folks .

Went to school as per usual of course . After school went home , took a nap then went swimming with Jordy & Jeco . After that , went to Sandy's chalet in a cab with Nigel & Jordy . Reach there . Slack all the way and ton . Things happened on that very day but I am not at liberty to disclosed to you people . Manage to slept after countless battles over the beds . Slept for around 4 hours or so .

Woke up around 10 plus am in the morning . Went to the arcade with Zhi Han . After that went back to the chalet to play mahjong . Played till Aron , Yu Xian & Peng Siew arrived . After then accompanied Aron to visit his grandmother at Singapore General Hospital . Took the Mrt to outram park and we walk to SGH . On the way there , the humorous An Peng Siew makes all sorts of irritating and annoying jokes about some great history figures . He doesn't even know who painted Mona Lisa Smile . That's the hilarious part . Reached the hospital , pity the elderly there . Some who are begging for death as there could not stand suffering . Reminds me of my grandfather who recently passed away as he didn't want to be revived over and over again as the pain was excruciating to him . Saw the elderly there , tubes and things connecting to their body . To me it was like mutilation to one's body but it was essential for their survival that's why some were begging for death . It was a depressing sight . Saw Aron's grandmother . She has diabetes but she has a extreme good sense of humor . She reminds me of my uncle who also had diabetes , but he lost a leg due to diabetes and died at Singapore General Hospital . Yes , it is very saddening . Grandma & Grandpa also came in and out of SGH due to angina pectoris . It's one of the scientific term for heart attack . Left after visiting Aron's grandma . Took mrt back to Pasir Ris . Walked back to the chalet , just in time for the BBQ . Lots of people came but I am just lazy to write all of their names down or if I write them down it would be just plain psychotic . After that , sung a birthday song to the birthday girl Sandy whose actual birthday falls on the 23rd of February . After that , went to the arcade with company . Shortly after , took a cab back with Nigel , Bianda & Jordy . Went to Siglap for supper . Along the way to Siglap , Nigel and Bianda couldn't stop bickering with each other . They never failed to fight with each other every single day of their lives . Luckily the cab driver was unaffected by their quarrel , he told us he experienced worse . Reached home , ate sashimi which my mum bought for me . Thank you very much . Went to sleep after eating .

English lesson was interesting and fascinating today . We told our English teacher we didn't want to do any written work for today , she accommodated to our needs and we didn't did any written work for today instead we were practicing our oral in the form of a debate . The topic of the debate was " Drugs Abuse " . I was the leader against drugs while Nigel was the leader for drugs . It was a great experience actually . Zaim was quite dramatic which really made the debate much more interesting . But common sense would tell you , don't do drugs . Drugs causes one to be psychedelic which means causing them to be in a state where they will experience hallucinations . Drugs are pretentious to us but maybe not to the addicts and can causes one to be in the state of hysteria . That's all for today then . Presumably , there will be a another debate next week .

Today school was as usual nothing special about it so won't emphasis any further on my school life . After school today went straight home , bath , change and took a cab down to Kembangan to buy "Ba Gua" for Chinese new year . My cousin was already there queuing up from 12.30 pm to 3.30pm , the time where I reached . Sometimes I wonder , whether is it karma or retribution . I finally understood the pain and agony when people wait for me for hours . I queued in line from 3.30pm till 7.30pm just to get 32 boxes of "Ba Gua" for Chinese new year . My god , I was very patient although I did make sarcastic remarks at the workers and insult them in a indirect way . When its finally my turn to buy . Whoa I prayed and thanked God . After buying the "Ba Gua " .

Meet up with Jordy at Tanah Merah , we headed to Marina Square to buy my new year clothes . Well spent $150 at least on my clothes . Shall take pictures and put up another day , too tired and lazy to post the pictures now . Reached home around 11.30 going to 12am . That's all today folks , tomorrow have to go school . Yesterday went out with Jordy & Bianda , went parkway buy belt this & that . Bianda went back shortly as she had something on . Jeco came to find us & we went to East coast lagoon , ordered chili crab , stingray , mussels , oyster egg , fish & baby squid . Yes we finish it all . I was very generous as I picked up the tab which is very rare of me doing that . $112 bucks for all , quite a steal actually so thats pretty much it for yesterday .

Hello ! Its been damn long since I last post . Nothing happen during the last few weeks . This week went out with Weishan & Liying . We went to Seoul garden to eat . Eat for a few hours . Then after that meet Sandy and took a bus down to Parkway because Weishan want to repair her phone . Then after that headed back home . Boring right ?
Yesterday suppose to meet Benson , Peng Siew , Jordy & Jackson to watch twilight but in the end Ben & Jack didn't want to watch because someone with great influential power manage to convince them not to go , but who cares ? So I meet up with Peng siew & Jordy . As usual at least an hour and a plus late . Typical me . Jordy didn't feel like watching a movie , so he & Peng Siew had a little scuffle . In the end Peng Siew went home . Jordy & me went to Bedok to buy clothes then to Marina Square don't know do what . Then off to Bugis . After that threw Jordy all by himself to go home while I go meet up with my aunt & cousin at Joo Chait . We did lots of things . I am not at liberty to reveal what I did to you all . As I think I'm equipped with all the life skills that are essential in my life . Although I didn't felt like going but I have too since it was compulsory . The workshop started at 8 am but I reach school around 10.30 am , 2 & 1/2 hours late . Yeahs but I just barge in the music room where they are having the life skills workshop .
The coach asked me who am I , the conservation goes like this ,

Well the worse of all it didn't felt awkward , in short I can't be bothered . The program was to equipped us with the life skills that are essential in our life . They taught us time management and what was our personalities like which can affect our careers in the future . Well I attend this program because I had no better else to do . Today I did charity man . Unbelievable right . This will be the last and only time I will be doing this flag day thing . Walk around central area for 6 hours . Due to the declining economy people don't even felt like donating . Well now we understand the suffering when volunteer workers when they ask people for donations . Those who did the flag day today should know the excruciating pain in our feet . However although the market crash and everything went up , there are still some philanthropist out there who donated generously . Today we sort of went every the central area from City Hall to Bugis to Chinatown walk till Tanjong Pagar to Dhoby Gaunt and back to City Hall . We are good to be able to walk and travel distances like this . I can't believe myself waking up so early just to do charity . Its a shock to everybody . The flag day thing ended around 2 plus to 3 . Accompany Aron & Byzura to Lavender to look for WeiJian & Company . From there took another train to Tampines . At Tampines we went our respective ways . Hey people , today I actually went to school . Got to know my position in class and in the level . Well made a remarkable improvement , 1st in class & 5th in the entire normal academic level . Well its commendable alright .
Regret something , which is the mid-year results which pull me down . Damn it ! If not I will probably get into the Top 3 ? Well you people might find me avaricious but this is who I am . Must have the hunger for success and be aggressive if we want to make big . Today we also had this NE learning journey , it was quite interesting & intriguing at first . Today , woke up around 12 plus going to 1 . Aron called me , asking me go play bowling at E-hub .
So I agreed . Went down Tanah Merah take Mrt to Pasir Ris then from there walked to E-hub . Waited for them there . Nigel came first , then him and I went to downtown to find Aron & WeiJian . Jordy and Peng Siew came not too long after . Then we went to play bowling . Francis came too . After bowling , headed to arcade . Well today had listening comprehension , wasn't that difficult at all .

Got to know my F&N marks which is 80/100 . Not too bad right . For Physics is 33/50 . For the rest the teachers either never reveal the marks or they haven't finished marking . Well looking foward to tuesday to know all my marks . :)

Today , first paper . Mother tongue . Well it wasn't too bad . Have the confidence that I will definitely pass and a slight chance of obtaining at least a B . Hey Folks , Its been a while since I last posted . Well having my 1 week break now , staying at home revising and studying as the end-of-year examinations is just a few weeks away from the starting of term 4 . So have to study hard and pass man . Mum bought us a new PS3 and has many functions man . The Hong Kong Drama series 溏心風暴之:家好月圓 is a very nice show man .

Where lots of emotions are shown , family quarrels every now and then , family politics and there are many twist &

Yes I Finally Manage to do the English poem/lyrics homework that my English Teacher gave me .

Its goes like this :

Howling cries of my misery left unheard ,

as my unpleasant parent turn their backs ,

All I could do was to adhere ,

In their realm I stare at racks .

In my teens ,

The teachers screamed as the teenagers roars ,

Examination results never seem to soar ,

Mothers nag at all that dirt ,

Which I never failed to tear that shirt .

Piles of work stacked on the desk ,

Which the clock ticks into dusk ,

Wife my mine just need cash ,

To keep me off from her leash .

Days will be spent to heal ,

I must be able to deal ,

When healing cannot deal ,

Yesterday , didn't attend school as was ill . Today went to school , heard from Ms Ong I can't go to china . Well was quite disappointed but its alright actually . Cam-whored in class today as It was Our Geography teacher last day with us . We Will miss her I guess . Well Went out Today to celebrate Peng siew belated birthday , took a cab with Jordy down to Tampines Mall to meet Peng siew and company . Well there was quite a number of people there man . Nigel Chua , WeiJian , Yuxian , Benson Nick , Aron , Kevin , Jackson , Kaixiang , Peng Siew , Jordy and Myself . Went to the arcade and played for awhile . I and Kaixiang tag team and broke the basketball record . After playing headed To Century square to eat sushi but there wasn't any buffet so headed back to Tampines Mall to have pizza instead . While At tampines mall came across some friends of my , Nigel Ong , Amanda , Liying and co . last but not least Amanda . Was quite surprise to see them there though but what to do the world is indeed small . After eating headed to Century square to catch a movie . At first wanted to watch The Dark Night but ended up watching Hellboy 2 as the time slot for the Dark night was too late for them . Before the movie went goofing around , playing arcade and camwhore in the toilet . The show was quite interesting actually and was quite a nice show . Today went to school as per normal . Nothing really happen except for some unhappy incidents within my class . Well had a theology debate about something with teacher today . Which of course I win . Was telling them about the City Harvest Church . Well people got their different perspective point of view . So I know where I am .
Well some people think christianity is a religion , while others know it as a relationship with God . Well I'm a freethinker though . So the history and origins of different religions are interesting as there are different theory about who created mankind . There a Chinese version and an English one . Well these are just theory they not really justified with evidence though . But somehow I think the story of Adam and Eve is related to the creation of homo-sapien . Well that the theology debate that I had today this is just roughly about it .I'm seriously out of ideas on what to write though . So let's hope there something interesting and attention-seeking for me to write about . I'm not bias against this religion thing or being a genocide though , so to those readers no offense .

Well woke up around 11am today , then had tuition . After that Went to Meet Nigel and Qiuang . We headed off the Expo for A church Service and that church is called City Harvest . Well meet a few friends there . Andrea , Matthew , JunJie , Christopher , Shi ling , Susan and some others which i can't vaguely remember their names . So had service , Deliverance , and some other stuff . The people there was different from what I see outside they're indescribable by words though , So its was quite an eye opener though . I can hear people suddenly screaming , shouting and crying , to me it was nothing as I'm not really suprised as we're in a church thats how people get rid of their inner demons so wasn't really suprised or shocked . Somehow I felt that what the reverend said makes lots of sense . He was emphasizing on the emotion called dissapointment , Yes dissapointment is part of life where life lessons are learned and experiences are gained making us a better person or a worse person it all depends all how we react to it . Some people endure the resentment , bitterness and hatred in their hearts sealing them away in a deep abyss in their hearts , surrounding their heart with an impenatrable wall that not being able to open up to other people . Not all people can surpassed their emotions . So I not even sure weather i believe in god . To me christianity is a religion but the those christian out there is reality . Well I'm not sure what to believe in because right now I only believe in myself and the things I set out to do . So that's about the church thing . Well I 'm a bit enlightened though after what the Reverend preach .Finished around 8pm and after that went out with Nigel and Qiuang to have dinner and we went to slack . Slack for a hour before headed back home . On the way home I have this thought in my mind . Is god true or just a delusional belief ? He most probably does not have a physical form but to other people god in is their hearts and mind . God is part of them . But after sometime I just believe in myself as we reap what we sowed We shouldn't count on God so much but we should definitely count on ourselves and God will only help those who help themselves . Today , Woke up around 12 plus . Did nothing much , played audition for the whole afternoon . Then meet Sandy Mummy And Jiang Lei Daddy for dinner . We ordered Stingray , Sambal Squid , La-la and KangKong and Oyster omelette , But Mummy finished the whole thing as she was hungry . Then Took a cab to daddy's new house . I have to work my ass off to earn 2.5 million which sounds impossible but nothing is impossible . Went to his house to eat . But my apology to them since the have to clear up after eating while I was there slacking and watching Television . Well I can't get the Condo scenery and everything about it out of my head .
